Gaming roots, operating range, leadership voice

I’ve spent 16 years in gaming across production, LiveOps, monetization, and cross-functional delivery. The throughline is simple: I care about players, I care about the teams building for them, and I care about work that still holds up when the pressure is real.

Summary

I’m a gaming leader with 16 years across production, live operations, monetization, and cross-functional delivery, helping games ship, scale, and stay meaningful for players.

The story starts with games, not positioning

I did not come into games from the outside and then learn how to talk about them professionally. I grew up inside the culture, competed in it, stayed curious about it, and built my career from that foundation.

That still matters to how I operate now. When I think about retention, progression, LiveOps, player trust, or delivery quality, I am not treating them like abstract business concepts. I am thinking about what makes players come back, invest, compete, and stay.

I lead by turning messy systems into forward motion

My work has spanned production, live operations, monetization, customer experience, and cross-functional execution. The part I keep coming back to is helping teams move with more clarity when the surface area gets large and the tradeoffs get real.

I’ve led across engineering, art, QA, UX, marketing, customer experience, and business stakeholders. That range taught me how to connect player empathy with operational discipline, so the work does not just sound good in planning reviews. It ships, scales, and survives contact with reality.

The proof I want to land quickly
  • I currently lead production at Moonfrog Labs across live-service, skill-based, and casual game work.
  • The portfolio I help run serves roughly 25M monthly active users and about $30M in annual revenue.
  • I co-founded Team Err0r, India’s #1-ranked DOTA 1 esports team, which still says a lot about where my instincts were formed.
What I try to bring into a team
  • A player-first point of view without losing delivery discipline
  • Calm cross-functional leadership when the work gets messy, high-pressure, or politically noisy
  • A gaming-native perspective that still communicates clearly to founders, operators, recruiters, and collaborators
