The Context

My foundations in games were never observational. Co-founding India’s #1-ranked DOTA 1 esports team built instinct around competition, community, pressure, and what makes players care deeply enough to stay. That grounding still shapes how I read games, teams, and operating choices now.

Contribution & Scope

• I built credibility from inside gaming culture rather than from outside commentary or borrowed aesthetics.
• I learned early lessons about team dynamics, pressure, coordination, and performance in environments where outcomes felt immediate.
• I carried those instincts forward into professional game leadership, where player intuition had to coexist with operating discipline.

• It made later product, live-ops, and production decisions easier to ground in how players actually think and behave.
